Experienced in metabolomic sample preparation, a broad range of extraction techniques, protein assays and the maintenance and calibration of various MS instruments. Skilled in workflow management and processing large datasets including high-throughput lipidomics. At LUMC, supporting the development and optimization of HILIC LC-MS/MS method using a TripleTOF high-resolution MS platform across diverse sample types.
