PhD project
I am currently conducting my research within the “Viruses Like it Sweet” consortium, where my role involves developing new analytical approaches for the deep structural characterization of protein glycosylation; this technique, also known as structural glycoproteomics, will be used to study these glycopeptide structures in the context of interactions between viruses and certain receptors, such as those in the respiratory and intestinal tract.
